Title: A good fabric glue?
Post by: NovelNerd on April 29, 2017, 03:19:01 AM
I've always with the symbols I do on my plushies hand stitched in the felt, but my carpal tunnel hates it now. Is there a good fabric glue that will work for these and one that can actually stand up to being washed?

Another thing you could try is Bondina or Bondaweb :) I use this a lot!

You iron the felt onto the Bondaweb, cut out, then iron the shape down :) I sew round the edges for extra hold.

Its used for quilting and appliqué :)

Thank you! I'll check these things out. I actually do enjoy stitching around for all my symbols but unfortunately my hands cannot t deal with it. I have several unfinished plushies just sitting around because when I try my hands fall asleep. Hopefully one of these will
Be a good solution for me.
