Ponyfan, no not Fluppy dogs:(

BlackCurtains, thanks for the links, I had done some checking on the wikipedia page before, with titles that could have been that, no luck, perhaps I need to be more thorough.
I will also check the youtube video.
For some reason I do have it in my mind as a mini series, so you may be right and it was a movie or tv or straight to video movie.

TarkanDragon I would say the older girl looked a bit like Megan's style but she was not blonde, either brunette dark brown hair or black hair. The baby, imagine a well drawn baby, not very "cartoony", he looked and moved more "humanlike"
I really don't remember any of the other magical creature characters, there WERE villains though they were hiding from, and one scene I vaguely have in mind was that the youngest child making sounds, talking baby talk was going to make them found out from hiding somewhere.

It was really different in animation style than the Dr Doolittle anime. Both animation styles I love but different, so I am pretty sure it was not an anime the one I am looking for, unless there was work done for it in Japan like in MLP if I am not wrong.

TarkanDragon, I have looked for it writing the so little info I have on it, haven't been lucky.
I wish I could remember the names, I want to say the youngest child's name was Simon, but not sure about it at all.
So 4 children, older girl around 11-12, 2 middle children I believe boy and girl and a baby who was crawling. Animation style similar to Sunbow stuff, maybe little bit more detailed.
Really don't remember much else.
A friend of mine I asked who is same age as me and we used to live in the same country at the time is telling me maybe I dreamed about it. No, I am sure it existed even if I was young when I watched it. He was able to help me know another show I had memories of which was about same time, early to mid eighties shown in my country, called Dr Doolittle which was an anime version of Dr Doolittle.

Ponyfan. not this one, it does sound close with children from this world going elsewhere, it also has different style of animation than this one, should be closer to Dungeons and Dragons style somewhat.

Ponyfan definitely not Bobby's world :)

Taffeta, I wouldn't be surprised if it was European or even UK production, the animation looked quite good either way, at least as I remember it. I have so few memories and info on it. I do know it didn't look anime.

TarkanDragon, although I am not familiar with Dungeons and Dragons. it seems the humans in it, were part of that world?
The children of the show I am looking for, were living in "our" world, kind of like Megan and her siblings, but it wasn't a ranch. It must have been in a city. Before they somehow went to the "magical world" or land or whatever it was.
Another clue I have, there was a scene, the crawling little brother was talking in a babylike way, not making sense but still talking, and that somehow put them in danger when some bad guys heard/saw him.

WeetabixPony, thanks for the reply, no unfortunately that is not it. The older girl was probably Megan's age? I watched the show sometime in the 80s in my country, so it could have been 70s? The look though of it was more 80s cartoons but not as comic like.

I know this is a long shot, but I am trying to find a title of this animated series? from the 80s I assume.
It could have been a mini series (not sure about that) it looked a bit MLP G1 style of animation (perhaps more detailed as I remember)
It was 4 children, the oldest was a girl, and the youngest a baby brother who was crawling. And there were another girl and boy in between the siblings.
So somehow those children were on a magical adventure outside of their home in another land? maybe. I remember a scene they were underwater. I don't remember any of the magical creatures I assumer were on.
I hope this rings a bell to anyone :)

Wanted! / Tails
« on: August 12, 2021, 05:17:49 AM »
Hello,

I live in Cyprus and looking to buy some replacement tails for some ponies (some with shedding tails, some that are frizzy and some without), I could try making some on my own, but I can’t find any places in my country that sell colourful hair.  So if I am going to buy online I might as well get some tails from someone who knows well  how to make them. I need at least 2 of each colour. Need them all straight (not curly) and well secured so they don't shed.

I am specifically looking for these colours, all for adult ponies, besides the one for Flurry
Blueberry Baskets/Majesty (I think they are the same?)
Windy Wing Flurry colour (this tail would have to be Windy wing size –thickness and length_)
TAF Yum Yum Colour
Gypsy/Paradise colour
Surprise colour
Unicorn Sparkler Colour
Pegasus Heart Throb Colour

If a hank makes for example 2 tails I would get both so you are not left with raw materials you don’t need
Please PM me if interested in helping
Thanks so much
Marios

Pony Corral / Re: How to harden a pony leg

no it is not warped, and the pony can stand well. The softness of the leg feels like when you put the pony in hot water, the first few minutes when the pony is out of the hot water

Pony Corral / How to harden a pony leg

I have a Powder whose one leg is softer than the other 3, she had been kept under a blanket for months and I suspect that is what caused it. Is there any way it can go back to the same way as her other legs? I kept her in the freezer for a few minutes, that helped but as soon as she got warmer the leg became soft again.
I would appreciate any help

Anyone else getting major G1 SS Buttons + SS Bangles mashup vibes from Izzy?

I can't help but wonder if those two were inspiration for her...

there are 3 sizes of brushables in g4 actually, at least from what I have seen, not sure if more. The styling size is the bigger one, fashion style are the somewhat g1 size. This video shows size comparison, so which of the 3 would be similar to brushable Sunny do you think?

I have seen a few people here refer to the brushable Sunny as styling size, does that mean she will be bigger size than the fashion style which are kind of similar to g1 adult size, sorry for the question I get them confused

Pony Corral / Figure, figurine or doll
« on: August 26, 2020, 08:16:10 AM »
What do you consider a my little pony in your mind? Personally I consider them figures, but also does the hair make them also a doll?

I have seen it described as action figure as well, I guess some can be considered that, I have seen some limb articulated g4 and I think g2?  (not sure if the ones whose head is meant to turn like peek a boos and ponies across the generations who did have a head that could turn, are considered articulated)
Would like to know opinions
