BJD Elf to normal ear mod?

I've been interested in bjds for a while now, but I'm not thinking of getting on just yet. I was wondering if it was possible to turn a bjd elf ear and turn it into a regular ear...

Yeah, it's possible.  I haven't had the nerve to mod anything myself, but you basically just sand it down really carefully.
