It wasn't really an exclusive, I don't think. I think Ponycon just bought a bunch of them and sold them as that year's pony. I hesitate to call a lot of these mish-mash ponies prototypes. I think a lot of them, with a few exceptions like Sweetie Blue, are just someone who got happy with the stamp tool at the factory because they know they'll sell.
Honestly I think it's really sad that neither the MLP Fair nor Ponycon get their own exclusives. I understand it probably wasn't profitable for them, but the "hey, we know you're here!" sentiment of it was nice. Now it's just radio silence aside from the fact that Hasbro let Basic Fun make replicas.

They’re all pretty common G3s (especially Pinkie Pie). Honestly with a few exceptions (some euro exclusives, the dreaded Caribbean Delight and Beach Belle) most store sold G3s run under $10 so modding any of them would be a non-issue. Don’t have experience detinseling, I’m afraid.

Had her at some point. I like her, but I’d like her more if her body was a lighter purple. She’s a little too saturated for me.

Idk if it's just me or the picture, but it looks like there's some redness near the plugs
I thought that too, but it’s hard to tell if it’s like that in real life or just the result of the blurryness.

Hard to say given the image quality but the red streak could maybe be a dye job? Majesty's streak is originally white, so it'd be easy to dye. It kind of looks like the red streak in Gusty's hair, though.

I like her, but I don't collect G4.

All of the US line (excluding freak variants) has been documented MOC, I believe.
As far as nirvanas go, we still haven’t haven’t seen any from South Africa, India, or Columbia, have we? I know the backcards for the South African ponies do exist, so they existed MOC at some point, but I’m pretty sure we’re still in the dark on the other two.

Asterisk means I'm looking for the pony in mint - near mint condition. For the other ponies I'm chill with most things that isn't major hair cuts. I can probably buy the cheaper ponies but can't say definitely about the more expensive ponies depending on the price and the time. Also, I'm not looking for accessories (because I'll probably lose them). For G3 commons, I would really, really prefer to buy in groups of 3+ rather than pay $4 for the pony and another $4 for shipping.
(note to self: add G3s soon)

I really do not like the Clydesdale pose. Or the various baby boy ponies.
Also not a fan of flocking on ponies. It just washes them out, which is a shame because most of them have really nice colors underneath.

Pretty! I'd pick her up if I found her locally but don't think I would go out of my way to buy her.

Not exactly the best way to get back into collecting ...
If you bought a relatively expensive pony from an Etsy seller with no feedback (not that I would be that naive, not me) and then realized that the picture had been swiped from a finished eBay listing, as had all of their other listings (including a sold Rapunzel), what would be your first course of action? Immediately calling it off or contacting the seller about it? I hate confrontation so my first gut reaction is "just wait it out and if it doesn't arrive or doesn't come as described then you can raise hell" but I doubt that's in my best interest given that the seller is from Russia and it will probably take eons to get here. Also people shouldn't steal photos (and then put their own signature on them...).
Optimistically I hope that they actually have these ponies and are just too lazy to take their own pictures. Worst case scenario they're trying to scam people for a quick buck.

Hi! My life has been uh ... well, pretty rocky for the past few years. Still, I'm new, and improved, and I'm back! Most of my pony collection is gone now, but I'm hoping to get into the scene again. It's nice to see you all again.

Hi! I've been out of the MLP scene for a while and just wanted to clear space. US shipping only, $4 bubble mailer flat rate. Paypal only. Can give more pictures if needed. Applejack: Super nice. Has one cut plug at the back of her neck and a very tiny green speck of paint on her ear; pretty sure this is factory as it's the same shade as her eyes and could be easily rubbed off with acetone. Hair is super nice and body is otherwise perfect. $15 visitors can't see pics , please register or loginDancing Butterflies: Pretty much perfect, hair, symbols, eyes and body are all flawless, but she has been in storage for a while and could use a good wipe down. $15 visitors can't see pics , please register or loginPretty Vision: Displays super well, is near mint; is missing a few plugs at her neck, her symbol is a bit misaligned and her mechanism doesn't work. She has a spot of cancer on her leg, but it's faint. Her pink streak is vibrant and not faded like the camera seems to show it. $13 visitors can't see pics , please register or loginDiva pose Minty: Tinsel isn't flawless but otherwise she's fine. $12 visitors can't see pics , please register or login
