Southern Belle

Okay, so its not the most profound piece of art here at the Arena but I'm proud of it none the less! Its just an old Hasbro line art that i messed with on Photoshop Elements. I'm still trying to teach myself a method for coloring line art so bear with its crudeness... If any one has any suggestions I would love to hear them! (This took me a good 2 hours  >_< )

TADA! It's Chantilly's fancy church Easter hat/ southern belle/ over the top tea hat!
