Seller's Delema (Resolved! thanks everyone!)

Hi folks. I am currently selling a pony lot on the MLP Arena facebook page ( the link for the sale is here for reference) there are currently 3 people interested in my lot and I'm not exactly sure what to do in this situation as i've never had to deal with this before.

I want to give all 3 people an even chance since they all posted interest in the lot within a few hours of each other (that and I don't want to bum anyone out.)

What should I do?

I would most likely start with whomever posted first. If they are no longer interested then move on down the line.  :)
