I wanted to see what peoples opinion is on making and possibly selling reproductions of the first g1 charms, the ones in the collectors pose. I made a mould from one side of the old charm from sculpy and am gonna try baking it too see how it turns out. So would it be ok to possibly try to sell such a thing? I'm not skilled enough to make plushies or full customs for commission but if I could get a little extra cash from something it would help me right now. If is it ok then how much would you be willing to pay for one? If it turns out alright I'll post a pic later of the 1/2 charmy. Edit! a pic of the flat sided charm next to the original. I didn't have any eye hooks so I had to compromise with something ti attach a chain to. Since this is my test it'll be mine anyway. Tomorrow I'll try a double sided charm Now I have to decide who to paint her as........ visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

I dug out all my old Pony Softies and took a group pic for the heck of it. I have 4 girls that still have their hang tags, Moondancer, Parasol, Lickety Split, Blsossom. and Parasol still has her tag & brush. They are one of my fav things in my collection. I want more softies with tags but alas, I am a poor "collector" I think I got most of the them thrift stores too...maybe got on or two off ebay...some of them continue to elude me though. One day I shall have them all! muwahaha! visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I'm pretty sure that I'm going. I haven't been to a meet for a few years at least. I'll be bringing some G2s, g3 misc stuff, maybe some g1s and some of my breyers. I have a fold up table I can bring too for my stuff if there isn't space for it otherwise

I was grouchy this morning after yet again being out bid on ebay. After work I decided to go to the thrift store to hunt even though I havent found any ponies for months. First I found an old breyer dapple proud arabian stallion and thought ' wow I really didnt expect this, cool!' Wandered around out to the yard area and spotted a g1 lickety split standing on top of a desk. I dove for her and immediately had a big grin on my face. Got them both for $2.25 and it just made my day!! Finding ponies always beats winning them on ebay, even when its one I have several of already. Pony love *edit* a pic of Lickety & her bf. Her haircut is so stylish visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I dug out my old ponies due to recently buying some more on ebay after a long dry stretch. These are probably about 98% of my childhood ponies that I still have. A few are hiding from me in some other box but I know I still have them. Some were thrown out by the mom when I was still little from mold from bath time play and I remember a few others I've lost from the original heard. Pinwheel, Tex, some sea ponies. These I know for sure were originally mine since they all have my initials on them but as I got older I probably didn't mark all my ponies as much. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

I got a small pile of brushes with a recent pony lot purchase on Ebay and am curious if they are all pony brushes or not. I'm pretty sure at least 3 of them are, but the rest ....I don''t know. visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I don't have the cash to throw around for more exotic most wanted ponies, but my US release most wanted are TAF Yum Yum, Taffy, Starry Wing, Moon Jumper and Sun Glider. They always get out of my price range on Ebay though.

I have mimic, crumpet, munchy, pearly baby blossom, sea mist, goldilocks from my childhood ponies. I always wanted more of the mail order ponies when I was little but my mom didn't wanna buy them.
