In my opinion the lack of Applejack is because she's the only one of the main six that doesn't have pink or purple Is like Tales Bright Eyes is one of the rare ones of the 7 friends, also she's the only one without pink or purpleSo Hasbro assumes little girls won't like them
Princess-ification
But...orange is the best color in the WORLD!!!!!!!
I think it has nothing to do with orange. Honeybuzz sold like hotcakes.I think it has to do with both AJ and Brighteyes having "boring" personalities in kids' eyes. Both are the voice of reason, both do very "adult" things and not the cool adult things but the boring ones: working hard and studying hard.Edit: Twilight was that boring kind of character and look what Hasbro did: Princess-ification

Though, Hasbro's obsession with pink and Pinkie Pie suggests their marketing department have their heads firmly stuffed into traditional gender stuff so I shouldn't be surprised if they think little girls won't want a character that reads
Also- is it just me or do these Snowglobe ponies appear to be in different sizes? Is that a smaller version of Celestia in the box- and a larger one loose? Or maybe the one loose is just a prototype? (Noting the difference between the solid plastic wings and clear wings)Doesn't the face mold look like they are GIANT pony (Styling/Chinese New Year Pinkie) size? http://toyfair14.asmzine.com/gallery/hasbro/my-little-pony/IMG_0460.jpg
Galactica - I get a forbidden page with this image links
Where are you getting styling size Cadence from? Both of the ponies in that photo are Twilight.
Hmm-- I'm not so sure, honestly the more I look at this picture http://toyfair14.asmzine.com/gallery/hasbro/my-little-pony/IMG_0457.jpg the more it looks like two sizes to me-Especially when the smaller size seems to have the solid wings and the larger size the translucent wings? And doesn't the mold for the larger one- look just a little more detailed? (May be imagining things here)
