I would cry. No exaggeration. For some reason, I can stick my hands in peoples' insides and deal with all kinds of foul-smelling bodily fluids, but I have an irrational fear of bugs.

Since I now live by myself, I have to kill them by myself. Once I almost fell down the stairs because after I sprayed it, it was coming after me! Last week I crushed one under a trash can and shivered for quite a few minutes, uncontrollably.

Still not worth taking my husband back, though

Ugh I wish it was that simple. I don't know where the original poster was located when this picture was taken, but here in the Southern US we have these things colloquially known as "Palmetto Bugs." My Terminix guy said that they are a breed of cock roach, but unlike the European cockroaches which cause a classic "infestation," these guys breed outside and come in.

This is good and bad, because when you see one, that doesn't mean you have thousands of babies, but it does mean you can't eliminate them, only leave out bait to kill them once they do come in. Oh and they're huge and some of them kind of fly. TERROR!!!
