So what WAS the deal with Kimono's original charm bracelet?

So I was watching the Charming Birthday G3 special the other day . . .


Basic plot:  the ponies of Ponyville want to surprise Kimono on her birthday but she is almost impossible to surprise because she's so wise.  As they ponder what to get her, one of the ponies suggests they make her "a charm bracelet to replace the very, very special one she lost."  They never mention her previous charm bracelet again.


I want to hear what YOU think about Kimono's original charm bracelet.  What made it so special?  What did it look like?  And how did she lose it?

i've seen a charming birthday so many times and that never crossed my mind o.o

...maybe her original charm bracelet had the same or similar charms to the ones packaged in the g3 pony boxes? thats all i can think of.

My vague opinion has always been that her original charm bracelet fell off somewhere, and that like a lot of charm bracelets each charm stood for a special event or something Kimono loved or some-such. I never gave much thought to what it looked like.

I was just about to think of that, just as I once wondered why Razzaroo's own last birthday was never shown, until I realized that it's depicted by the playset you buy her in: You're supposed to act it out yourself!

During a recent trip to Manehattan, unfortunately Kimono had a few too many mojitos and when salsa-ing her way across the hottest nightclub in town, her charm bracelet was lost when doing a daring dancing move!

I think that maybe it was a present from her very special somepony. :3

Maybe she went swimming one day and it fell in the lake, since she forgot to take it off... but then when she asked her sea pony friends to help her find it, it never showed up again! :o

My guess is that it was given to her from a family member or friend(s).  How did she lose it?  I betcha it's *somewhere* under her bed.  It's just too cluttered in there for her to be able to find anything.  LOL

Maybe she's had it since she was a child? Or someone close to her moved/dies and gave it to her. I highly doubt the dying suggestion, though, I just want the G3 world to be more realistic I guess.

Well it obviously didn't have her name on it or somepony would've found it and given it back. If eight was such a challenge, then perhaps her original bracelet had fewer, say 5?
