ok i added you it must be on the wrong setting for the event instead of available for everyone it is friends invite only or something lol but i think wizzer can change the setting on it

I will get the hotdogs!!......is there any other meats everyone wants because I am sure not everyone likes hotdogs and we can have a little variety=)......whats everyone think.......burgers??.....chicken??.....let me know.....I am gonna do the hotdogs for sure....I might as well get the hotdog buns as well then=).....so its a start..I am gonna make some more things just because I like to cook...so I planned on make deviled eggs  also=)

taking time off from work and wanted to double check.

does anyone need/want to stay over night?
either friday or sat night. (for anyone who might drink in the evening)

also. whizzer if you get too many cooks in the kitchen you can send some up to my mom's house.
so it won't get over crowded.

I have not decided when I will head up there. It is a rather long drive for me and I am not a morning person. That may also make it a bit more difficult as far as food choices. Oh well, I will figure out.

I'm only a two hour drive away, and I don't drink at all, so I'll be heading home that evening :3

We don't need a place to sleep.  We're driving up from my parents on Saturday morning and will go back there after the meet is done!

I'm thinking about making a huge batch of homemade chex mix for munching.  I'm also thinking about bringing fruit like bananas & grapes. 

What time are we saying the meet is starting at, or arrival time?

you can come as early as u would like...just let me know the plan...a day or 2 before the meet=)

sounds like a plan...maybe i will change the official time to 10am...although I think people are just gonna show up whenever=)
