Need help identifying a vintage toy please

I found these at our local thrift store today, but I'm not sure what they are called or what toy line they are from. I would appreciate some help!

Your blue and yellow little cuties are called Blinkins. If you squeeze them they should light up, unless their batteries are ca-put.

I don't think the Bitsy Bears go for much, unfortunately. I had a MOC one I sold a few years ago on Ebay that went for $10. So loose, maybe $1-2? Sorry, I don't really know much about them or if certain ones are sought-after. That one sale was my only experience with them, so I'm certainly not an expert.

I don't think the Bitsy Bears are worth much either from what I saw on Ebay. I rarely find any nice 80s toys at our store though, so it seemed wrong to walk out without them! I did find a really nice Vanilla Daisy doll from Peppermint Rose too.
