Work in progress Rainbow Dash alt timeline
will be adding progress shots to my Facebook page as i go, as i have to wait for bits to dry before i can pick it up to work on the next part.

Very cool, what are you using?  Some two part apoxyies can be smoothed with rubbing or denatured alcohol which saves tons of time in the sanding process.

its call green stuff, i get it from games workshop or a model rail shop. it will air dry.
rubbing can make it smooth or a very light sand paper to fix any problems.
you can cut it with a craft knife after it is set

Ah I recognize that stuff from way back when, if you really want to play you might want to try Magic Sculpt, http://www.magicsculp.com/ it is super, takes detail like no ones business and if you smooth it with what I mentioned, you do not even have to sand.
