anyone know the name of these anime figures?

i used to collect these types of figures as a little kid, and i LOVED them. would collect them in a SECOND if i knew what they were called/how to buy them. i have the Yuki Nagato one from the Disappearance, and i used to have a ton of them. their arms, legs, feet, skirts, and heads came off. i think their hands came off too.

i know Konami manufactured them but what are they called?
they all looked like this, with big-ish heads and skinny arms and long legs. and the tiniest hands~

aaahhh yeah! thanks a ton!! i really love these, i used to have so many!! apparently i had a lot of the Negima! ones despite never having read or watched Negima! at all :0
