Do the little peices matter as much
« on: October 16, 2012, 04:01:54 PM »
I started going through my littlest petshop stuff today and I found the momma duck and babies set. I have all the ducks, feed bucket and even trellis. I cannot find the original pink magnet want but I do have a purple one for it. How much does this affect sales value? I also have the kitty condo and have all three cats, the squeaker box and mouse the only thing I do not have is the lil' spilled milk peice...

Reponses appreciated :satisfied:

I think for collectors the pieces do matter, but many people do like the buy pieces individually that they need :)

personally. i don't know what would be missing or not, so i guess it wouldn't matter to me.
(only know the sets i have)
but i do like to buy small stuff just cuz it looks cool and want to put it on my desk.

The value loss of missing pieces really varies significantly from set to set...the ducks are not very rare, and I see their wand pop up quite a bit.  The dish of spilled milk for the condo kitties is a bit harder to find, though that set isn't particularly rare either.
