Ebay question

Hi forum users, I did win a monster high doll auction and it passed 2 days and the seller didn´t change the status to shipped. I will wait a week, but in case it goes wrong what should I do? What measures I should take?

I honestly wouldn't get to worried as of yet. It has only been two days. There is always the option of just straight up emailing your seller and asking when she plans on shipping? It may give you a piece of mind in the meantime.

Also you can look on the listing and see if she has listed any additional information, such as her shipping time frame. She may say she she ships in 3-5 days.

It's also possible that she forgot to update the shipping status.  I've done that!  The item arrives before I remember to mark the item as shipped.  I wouldn't worry until 3-5 days pass and then send her a message asking about the status of your order.

Like ponylady said I wouldn't worry yet since it has only been two days. Also, not sure where you bought the items from but if they were purchased from someone in the US they might be on vacation since this week is Thanksgiving and many people go out of town for the holiday. Should any problems arise you are well protected on eBay as a buyer. If the item does not arrive you can simply open an "item not received" case.

Pretty much what flying Narwhal said. This is unofficially a holiday week here in the U.S. (the holiday is on Thursday, but some take the whole week off). I wouldn't worry until and unless you never hear from the seller or never get your item. Just keep an eye on your 45 day paypal window.  Also, remember that stuff shipped internationally CAN and WILL take an exceptionally long time, which is out of the seller's hands, especially during this time of the year.

I totally forgot that is Thanksgiving holidays!

I contacted the seller and he said he didn´t received payment and I needed to check my account. I logged on and the status is "Unclaimed". It´s him that needs doing something?

Check the email address the payment was sent to. Sounds like maybe there was a typo or its the wrong one

I did use the  ebay´s automatic payment service. He wrote that he is gonna contact Paypal. I search and the answer was that maybe his e mail isn´t confirmed.
