Hello everyone

I recently bought a Curly Locks brush and grow pony who has the loveliest shade of pink in the first section of her mane. I show my boyfriend, overjoyed, since my own Curly Locks has very white hair. He seems a bit suspicious that someone had dyed it so I attempted to show him some Curly Locks via google... only to find most with white or very very very pale hair.

Now I am starting to doubt! I have a lovely Ringlets with a similar shade of pink which is why I think she is the real deal... but what is both a dyed?

Darn his pessimistic-ness making me paranoid!

She has a couple of different versions - one with bubblegum pink and one with fading pink. When you find her with the bubblegum pink it is super startling at how bright it is

Here's my girl, she has paler pink but its a very pretty shade. Hers shows up easier after a bath and its just pink enough to make that "extra orange stripe" in her gorgeous mane.

I think quite often ponies with fading pink hair look lovely white too.

Really the only ponies I can really think of it bothering me is with Posey and Kisscurl. They are such a lovely soft yellow that the white hair makes them look quite bland

Posey and Kiss Curl are horrific specimens faded >.> Ditto Lickety Split. Too many carboot sales with them looking like that. Ah, the horror...

My Curly Locks has very pale pink, but I have had one with very pink hair before (I didn't keep her, though, I wonder why, I'm a bit nuts about pink hair. Maybe I gave her to Naynie O.o.)

Curly Locks' thoughtful previous owners also gave her layers :-/ I always think she's trying to be Jennifer Aniston with her Friends hair...

Isn't curly locks one of the ponies that are availabe in a china version and a hong kong version? I think that might be the difference.

I agree about Posey but I actually like Lickety-Split's hair white better.
