What are your Labor Day holiday plans?
This healthy pony is going to work on cleaning house. Due to the overwhelming traffic going up north, we plan on hitting up the cabin next wk instead. I'm going to get my hair colored tomorrow and spoiling myself with a big purchase via Sephora customer appreciation discount this wknd (and subbing to some new beauty boxes) ^.^.

School starts soon after labour day for us, so we’re getting ready. Last minute checks and preparations to make sure the first day of school goes smoothly.
Good luck on getting your hair dyed, I’m sure it will look amazing. Better than the time my mom tried to get light pink, and the hairdresser didn’t read the new brand instructions and Moms hair looked like princess poppys from trolls. Have fun and make sure to follow the instructions, lest you too end up looking like a troll doll.

Unpacking in our new house! Finally closed yesterday a month after planned. So relieved to get that over with.

It's not a holiday here, but I am posting because I am spending it exploring my new surroundings in my new London accommodation. It's a totally new area I don't know at all, so I'm finding all kinds of new things with every trip. Tomorrow I hope to go to the carboot sale by bus for the first time :D And this is the last weekend I think in the UK before the schools go back, so there are some local events going on as well. They usually go back on the first Tuesday of September, so I figure that means term starts here on the 4th.
We had our summer bank holiday weekend last weekend, but I was moving :( it wasn't very relaxing.
Hope you guys in the US have a good holiday break ;)

I'm working at the moment, but I have plans to clean and meet a local pony person and play an extended session of D&D (BBQ for dinner!). Not all on the same day, but it's part of the weekend so I'm lumping them all together.

Hahaha loved your post! My hair ended up more gray... stylist told I can come back if I wanted it lightened... but I don't like to seem like a person to complain.. might grow on me. :P

We don't celebrate it here, but I am off work since I worked the weekend and husband still has vacation so we're planning on eating out and see the Incredibles 2 on the cinema early this afternoon. As soon as it's late enough to make some noise we're gonna screw a plank on to the front of the bed. Our cats found a small whole in it to squeese in through and get into the drawers attached underneath which I happen to have my work cloths in.
