My theory is that the "day" refreshes every 12 hours or so, because I come online late at night like 11:30 and before midnight would find my limit up, but posting again after midnight I was able to do-- and could poast again at my usual night time! I didn't do this on purpose mind, just something I noticed myself with the time of day I happened to be posting on

The server is in a different time zone than you (it is on PST), so that could have something to do with it from your end. It likely refreshes based on it's own local time, not the individual's.
