Pony Corral / Weird musty smell on my Boquet?

I just got boquet today by mail and the first thing I realized was that she had this weird smell? I'm not sure if it's mold since I have never smelt anything moldy but to me she smells like preservation liquid that's used in animal dissections?? I'm not sure if that's what mold is suppose to smell like but is there anyway I could remove the smell quickly or should I resign myself to airing her by a window? -_-

I don't know why but no matter how hard I try I can never get my hands on a good Peppermint Crunch :/. I was so close to getting her before but lucked out last minute and now I can only find overpriced and baity versions of her. Makes me cry inside.

Hi, I hope I am posting to the right topic area, which should be the introduction page. Please correct me if I didn't post correctly since I am very new to here and I am barely learning how to post so please be patient with me :heart:
Well for my introduction, Hi! I am a very new collector that has barely started collecting this year. These ponies stole my hear when I saw first saw them and I am just excited to collect and join the community  :good:
