I think I might want to be buried with my childhood pony. The ponies I've collected will go to who ever wants them. My friend's childhood ponies would go back to them if they want them. Anything else will come back to the community.

I specified a few specific ones to go to my friends as a 'well, I was once alive' kind of thing, and the rest to my sister to dispose of as she sees fit.

I'd like my pony collection on display at my funeral, and at the end invite each of my friends/family to pick one they like to remember me by.  The rest I would like to be either given to my close pony-collecting friends or sold back into the collecting community.

That's such a sweet idea ^.^

I would want my collection to go back to the community. When I pass, my family has been instructed to post on here and donate it here. I'd prefer if the arena auctioned it off and used the money to help support the arena.

My younger friend in Alberta will get all of my ponies in case of death.
She's also a huge my little pony fan and I can't think of anyone who would take better care of them.

I fully intend on a pyramid inspired mausoleum where all my ponies will be arranged like the Terracotta Army.  People can still see them, and they will still be mine

Failing that, if I do not have children/grandchildren of my own, they will go to a childrens charity.

On a serious note, I made my will already.
I'm not in the best of health so I left everything MLP to my youngest niece who's only 2yrs old right now.
When she's old enough, my sister will give them to her.

If I die when I'm old (fingers crossed) I actually wanted to donate my collection to a museum. They'll have a few more years under their belts and be really vintage by then :P

If I die young(er than expected) then Joe (hubby) is to take the ones he wants, then my parents, then friends can pick one and then Joe is to do as he sees fit with the rest. He is aware of my museum idea but knows he comes first and foremost so if they are needed to raise cash then so be it, but I do have life insurance so the mortgage would be paid off if I popped off this mortal coil.

Oh gosh, I've never really thought about that. I know my video games and movies would be kept by my bf and he might pass my books on to his sister should my dad not want them. I've only been collecting the ponies for a short while- honestly I think he would know how to go about selling them, he might keep one of two of my favourites and maybe send one to my parents as well, and I guess sell the rest if we still don't have any children. Quite a sad topic to think about but I really wouldn't want to be buried with them, they are in short enough supply in the world as it is :) xx
Thank you Lindsay1988 for this beautiful Sig!  :lovey:

I have not even thought about my collection. I did get insurance on me a few years back to make sure the house would be paid off and any other bills. I have not thought about my ponies. I would hope my daughter would want them all. Otherwise I would have my parents sell them off to pay for things that are needed.
