Is this smooze/pindot?

I purchased a Blueberry Baskets from Ebay recently, and she was pretty cheap because she had a blue "ink" stain on her NDS cheek down to her chest.
I thought it might be smooze because it seemed to be little dots, but now that I've received her I'm not so sure! She also has a couple of random dots of the same kind on her DS leg too. The dots seem a little too irregular to be smooze... what could it be and how can I remove it?

Looks more like "highlighter marks" to me. It might be indeed markers for her chest and some kind of age spots for the dots. Sunfading might get rid of them, just make sure your pony isn't prone to sunburns.
Smooze/pindots is more like tiny black grains on the surface of your pony, like blackheads. Expose the zone to hot water so the vinyl softens and then scratch a lot with your fingernails.

Yep that looks like a stain set into the vinyl.  Slow sunfading is your best bet.

Yeah, it looks like a stain. Probably marker or something. Try sunfading
