Is this a common factory error?

So, I found a So-Soft G1 Twilight at a thrift store about seven or eight months ago and just now got around to cleaning her up.  When I did, I noticed that her cutie mark on the display side isn't quite right.  It looks like the flame on her candle is split, but the mark on her NDS looks like it's right to me.

What do you guys think?

The flocking over her cutie mark is in really good condition, it isn't gouged or anything so I don't see how the previous owner could have made it look like that. 

Thoughts?

It may have been smudged by the machine when it was stamped on or being moved for the flocking, to me it looks more like a second, lighter stamped next to the clearer one

Seems to be the same to me too. I wouldnt bother about it too much, just a factory error by the looks of it
