Was cleaning ponies like crazy and just had to laugh . . .

So yesterday I finished up cleaning the ponies I've gotten as extras from lots. On previous days I think I've done in the range of 20 to 30 and yesterday was about 40 all in one go.

Today I looked up how to do a brush 'n grow's mechanism again, tentatively pulled on their tails, and realized that all four brush 'n grows I cleaned have *even more hair* that I didn't clean because it wasn't out yesterday. Arrgh! Now I have to clean that hair. But I just had to laugh. Someday, someday I'll be done cleaning ponies . . .

What a "nice" surprise, lol! But 40 ponies a day! I think the most I've done one go has been, like, seven.

Thanks I figured I just had to for it and clean them all at once, or it would never get done, lol! Now just to work on these brush 'n grows and a few random others that need extra work . . .

I cleaned more than 7 in one day. I think about 20-30 or more. I think it is alot of work. I dont usually buy alot but sometimes I do and then its super clean pony time. Yes im the same way im all or nothing when it comes to cleaning. I think I wear myself out at times trying to clean everything up.

That is an impressive amount of ponies to clean in one go!!  I think my record is 16 or 17.  That's nowhere near 40!

Its a never ending cycle with ponies...for me its dusting...always dusting.

I had a similar experience with a brush and grow. Her mechanism wouldn't take the hair back in and her tail was so thin and ratty. Well, the mechanism didn't work, and her tail was so thin because most of her tail was inside her. Once the hair was out she worked again

LOL! They always seem to have more hair than you expect!

One of my favorite flea market days happened when I found a BnG and demonstrated to the seller how her hair worked. Looking at her face you would've thought the pony had grown a fourth leg! It was so funny how shocked she was.

I know how you feel, I had a bag full of ponies and thought that I was going to do them all. After about 12 ponies I was like done! I still had 20 more to go!

40? That's impressive! The most I've done was six or seven. For the past month or so I've been working on one a day. If I can do at least one a day I might eventually reach the end...
