Ok so a little while ago I contacted Gameloft Customer Care because I earned enough points in the Minecraft game to buy Flim from the in-game Store but it still says PLAY underneath him. Here's the response I finally got =l:

Yeah...I don't think they're going to be getting a reply. Bleh. I'm not impressed with GameLoft Customer Service. I have no idea how to take screenshots in that game for one thing with my Kindle. Also not sure what my Canterlot Inventory has to do with this. =P

Last time I needed help from customer service I took photos of my phone screen and they accepted those.

Yeah, they're a bit crap. I've argued with them a few times where they just don't read/pay attention/have a clue.

I don't think you can take screenshots easily on the kindle (assuming you have a Fire), so what I did when I needed to do was take a photo, which they accepted

I got a notice to update the game for a prize every day you log in but it's only on IOS right now. I'm not sure why I got the message when I play through Andriod/Google Play.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Koudo. I had trouble with my Starlight Glimmer but I finally got her.

Me too. 20 gems is too much to end up with some shards or piece of decor.

I feel the same way. I hate having to spend 30 or more gems to try to get a pony.

I got 10 free gems today.

Yeah I agree. On the amazon underground version if I have more than 120 gems I'll play a round, Ive done so about four times and no dice.

Okay so I found out about this feature today?

Apparently the IOS/Android version is offering a special one-time only $20 bundle that includes two shops, one of which produces gems.

According to someone who bought it, the payout is as follows:
-With one five-star pony, it pays bits in 6 hrs.
-With two five-star ponies, it pays one gem in 20 hrs.
-With three five-star ponies, it pays 700 bits and one gem in 6hrs, or two gems in 20 hrs.

Has it shown up in your games? Would you buy it? I don't do any micro-transactions but it's an interesting idea.

Well, $20 buys something like 300 gems on its own. So if you managed to check the store absolutely every time it opened, it'd take you two and a half months to get the gems through the store.

Or you could choose not to spend the money in the first place.

I saw that offer but was reluctant to get it due to the trouble I had getting the Starlight Glimmer bundle. I got two Heart Fountains yesterday because I guess the game didn't realize it had already given me one, updated and gave me another.

The Balloon Pop stands now tell you what the top prizes are but I spent some on Gem Balloon pop and didn't get a pony.

Yeah! I thought she was really cute so I am looking forward to getting her ~~and then forgetting to play any minigames with her afterwards~~.

Also my movie theater has turned into a shop, so that's interesting.

My game said I won Sugar Belle but I can't find her anywhere, not even in the collection book. Maybe she will show up later? My movie theater turned in to a shop too.
