I agree completely about being loud and proud! Everyone around me knows I collect MLPs and it's paid off more than once because a lot of my friends enjoy going to flea markets, garage sales and goodwills, and many of the times I see them, they have something for me, even if it's a fakie or, some random thing (like, amazingly, my friend decided to pick up a Silky Mane, knowing it wasn't an MLP, but thought since it was purple it might be something...and I was looking for her at the time! Major score!) - it's really cute!

I got the ponies! There are more than I was expecting, but they are mostly fakies. I was pleasantly surprised to see Party Cake and Ponyville Rainbow Dash and the two plushies. They smell awful though. Pee yew!  And the plushies seriously need to be cleaned. Ugh!

Does anyone want them? I will give them to anyone willing to take them all and pay for the shipping.

Aww, that was super nice of them and even though you got some fakies, a lot of them are really cute and pretty! ^^ If I didn't already have most of them I'd hit you up, but I'm sure that any special child in your life will love them if you give them away.

Aww, disappointing. But always be loud and proud, because it CAN pay off. My dad used to own a pawn shop. He let me put up a sign that says "We buy My Little Ponies". This really sweet German lady would always come in his shop and bring ponies for free. They were usually fakies, but then one day she brought in six nearly mint G1s, all of which I needed for my collection!   So you NEVER know what someone is going to bring in.
Another time she brought in a pink G1 Sweet Talkin' Pony. I thought I already had her, but then I squeezed her and she spoke Spanish instead of English! So that was an awesome score too.

I understand the disappointment - I have co-workers who have found ponies and give them to me... and then I get a whole bunch of Fakies that I have no clue what to do with! At least they were a gift & it's the thought that counts!!

A wonderful lady at my church brought me one of those Cabbage Patch ponies once. I think she was a little disappointed at first when she asked me if it was official and I said no, but then I started excitedly chattering about the history of the CPK fakies and how cool it was that they've been in production for the past 20 years or so and never stopped, and about how I pride myself in diversifying my collection by letting in the fakies too. That made her happy, I think. I think it was super nice of her to find me one, and plus she went the extra mile by washing her hair.

I love that particular pony too. She gets to live on my special shelf.
