Pandora, my lovely black cat looks so much like Catty Noir. I'm thinking on getting here a pink wig :p
I think the song is a bit like EAH song. Less creepy, more catchy for their market audience. My kids liked it. She remindes me a bit of Katy Perry and pink wigs. 6

The Dollhouse / Re: Ever After High Discussion Thread!« on: June 04, 2013, 06:25:27 PM »I just saw one (MH Cupid) at TRU about a week ago- I think they are still be sold. I recall that there were a million on amazon at some point but they seem to have hiked in price since that time. they never said who her mother was, but when at a museum on scaris, there is a statue of Venus (the goddess) and Cupid looks a lot like her, so we fans could speculate that she could well be the daughter or grandaughter of Venus.. or just, you know, related to her and Eros in some weird way. Post Merge: June 04, 2013, 06:30:06 PM Am I the only one who doesn't love Cupid's new look? Her MH doll is one of my favorite designs, she's so elegant and creepy at the same time...and bone wings! Those bone wings are my fav MH accessory ever! I've bought several pairs of them just to have them for other dolls. And...she's a rare bone elemental. I really dislike the 'normal' feathered wings. I'll have to wait and see what she looks like. nope, i'm right there with you. So far i liked MH Cupid better. I think EAH Cupid is nice, but that's it. 9

Is it true that preorders sold out in 4 minutes? or is that just some overly-hyped rumor?

I ordered won a bid on him for around 80USD, and the stupid stupid person, mail me a scaris pack instead, and has no idea where he placed the Gil. He seems to have mixed and messed up 4 sales like that (or maybe he never had the Gil from the start) and now we're dealing with lets see if i can contact whomever got him and if not, would send you more dolls to complete what you payed. So I'm really really tired of trying. Gah!. I only want him, but I'm willing to give the other 4 a home, as i don't have any dolls from the DC line. Post Merge: June 03, 2013, 05:37:23 PM Someone was commenting on Jinafire being HTF in her area? Near me, Skelita's pretty much gone, but there are TONS of Jinafires everywhere. I guess I'm not the only one in my neck of the woods who's not all that fond of her. :/ I saw Skelita at HEB yesterday. And Jina was still on another store downtown last week. We are getting a lot of re-stocking around here, though it's last year releases mostly. Or early 2013. No PD 2 for instance. 11
The Dollhouse / Re: Ever After High Discussion Thread!« on: June 01, 2013, 06:27:12 AM »I am prepared to answer this question a thousand times. Many fairy tale princes aren't named. Snow White's prince is just "The Prince" while Cinderella's is more known as "Prince Charming," but really, Daring and Dexter can be any prince's son.could be, but the motto is following your parent steps Post Merge: June 01, 2013, 06:33:36 AM I wish they get to doing a Maleficent daughter character noooooooo!!! they shouldn't be the same! i know it's not disney, but they have two different ends that I'm not sure how one could be part of the other past (unless magic of course). but i would really rather have them as 2 different characters. Also because then, it means there is so little evil in the world of fairy tales 12
The Dollhouse / Re: Ever After High Discussion Thread!« on: June 01, 2013, 06:09:48 AM »But no, in most fairy tales the Princes are not actually named. The name Prince Charming comes from them being described as charming princes. It's one of the many reasons that Sleeping Beauty is my favorite disney movie; Prince Phillip is a detailed, developed character with a name and personality. Plus Maleficent is the beest villain ever, and I love her plan of revenge. Not no happy ending, just... waiting a century or so. I wish they get to doing a Maleficent daughter character I have probably about 20 pairs of shoes, and I wear about 4 of them with any regularity. I should sell really sell them to make room for ponies. I had a little more, though i also used just 3 or 4, an additional pair for formal occasions, but after a sprain ankle and it subsecuently cast, I've been using tennis shoes for the last 5 months, so, what? shoes? what are they? 13

I still haven't made up my mind about the dolls.
I see myself watching the webisodes of course. The quality is pretty good. Heck, why are MH Webisodes not that amaizingly good? But about the dolls, well, the reason I fell in love with monster high were the monsters and the details. There are details here, but no monsters. Might be interested in getting Raven Queen, MAdeline Hatter, Cerise Hood and maybe Kittye Cheshire for my kids. Though maybe after seeing the dolls live, I will feel different and would want them all. Aside from that, what I really wanted to point out is that, how can Daring Charming be Prince Charming son and he and Apple are a couple. If he's prince Charming son and she is Snow White Daughter, doesn't that makes them.. brother and sister? Unless Apple's charming is son of Cinderella & Charming, and Show & Charming's son, could be Dexter, or so on. It's weird anyway.. I like Dexter though he's just a Jackson in disguise.. or maybe one more of his personalities, and he changes into Dexter whenever he hears the words "happily ever after". 15

You could try through a comicbook store that also manages action figures.
Most go to the SDCC and bring back their customers exclusive products from the con. Although you might need to preorder with them also, and be prepare to pay almost as if you were going to the SDCC yourself (cost of 1 day badge, doll, comission and shipping expenses if needed). |
