Here I am!! If you have kept up to date in the "What are you working on?" thread you'd have seen my updates on her. And she is finally done! This project has been very long and tedious, but I am so happy with how she turned out! I can't wait to show everyone! The spray sealant I used on my Nettle custom is still tacky after a year of her being on display. What should I do? Maybe I should go over her with Mod Podge? I don't want to ruin her paint job.
Any advice helps!

I recently got this Candy Cane in a thrift shop. Aside from surface dirt and a tangled mane, she cleaned up well... Until you notice all the highlighter marks. I am not sure if g3 fade the same as g1 or if I should take a different approach? She also has a scuff on her lip. I only have 2 TEs in my collection at the moment, (Locket and Gingerbread) and while cleaning them I noticed they are a bit harder than the average pony. Is it supposed to be that way? Did mine suffer from plasticizer leakage at one point?

Forgive me if there is already a thread like this, but I couldn't find one! I hadn't had my g3 ponies on display for the longest time, I couldn't find space on my main shelf! I am quite fond of the g3 poses, because you can pair them together and make them girlfriends! They're so cute together

Finally getting around to sharing some of my art here! I mostly draw in the g4 style, though I want to try doing g3 soon! School has me super busy, so I haven't really found time to finish any pieces. I've also been working on a pony plush pattern, but I hit a snag with embroidering on minky. It always bunches or gets stuck! I think I need new stabilizer. Anyway, here is River with her hair down. She's had it up for years! During my familys trip to Michigan for the holidays, my uncle and I went to a few antique stores down in Lake-o! They were huge and had so many stalls! Quite a few breyer horses, though I dont collect those kinds of things... Right at the back of the basement I found a stall with some g1 ponies! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI decided to get the bag of MPP(?) accessories and Sunbeam! She came partially with the pajama ponywear set, which looks adorable on her. visitors can't see pics , please register or login The only problem... Poor Sunbeam is missing her tail! A shame, she cleaned up so nicely otherwise... visitors can't see pics , please register or loginSo, I need help. I cant find the exact name of the color (silver white??) or what website has the best match. Any help is appreciated!!!

Hey all! i figured since i am nearly done with my first g1 custom (only need to rehair!) that i would ask,
do you prefer customs signed (on hooves) or left normally? i do not plan on selling her right now but i might in the future.
what do you all think?

these little guys are so cute!! the axolotl looks so stupid i love him, i really hope they made the big 5 later on!! personally i dont really like the packaging for the 2 pack pets, it doesnt look like you can see them very well. i am super excited to see these guys in stores! its really reminding me of my childhood pets  i hope they start making accessories again, i need some more for my mascot! i am pretty sure basic fun said theyre going to cost the same as they did back in the day, which makes me really happy because i dont have a job at the moment

i hope you guys dont mind me posting so much lately!! i am nearly finished with markings on my newest custom, but the spray sealant i used on my last custom ( Nettle | g4 custom ) turned out too glossy. the spray i used for that was Aleene's acrylic sealer. what sealer do you guys use? should i get mod podge?

this was my birthday present from my dad, and i need to share here!! these ponies are absolutely beautiful, and the packaging was very nice. the box had a covering over the ponies so they actually arent dirty!!! im so sick of dirty ponies new from stores!!! i have to say, minty is absolutely beautiful. her hair is such a nice texture and it suits her so well, she is just precious. her expression and the way her hair frames her face is so adorable the rest of the ponies are very nice as well, the hair that was supposed to be gelled held nicely in summer shipping, nothing melted together. pinkie pie's hair is similar to mintys, but up in a little bun. and she actually look like the show!! i just wish g5 had canon g4 appearances other than twilight. hasbro is really showing their potential for g5 through this set, if they just made more characters into brushables, NOT 3 inch ponies, they would make a lot more money. anyway, done with my long rant, time for pictures! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

i recently got this cute mark magic sunset shimmer, but she is covered in pen marks!  i have already used acetone, dawn dish soap, and magic eraser, but still can't get it all off. i'm afraid to sunfade her because i don't know how g4 plastic would react to uv exposure, and i can't find much about it. would she turn a different color, or work the same way a g1 would? has anyone tried this before? my camera wouldn't focus properly, i apologize!
