I'm just wondering is this legit Italy cotton candy?
I sort of scanned trough my ponies that was in my storage box (coz they don't fit in shelves) and noted the Italy scrible on the hoof. It pretty much looks like carved there so Im not too sure???
Her eyes are very dark and a bit poorly placed/painted as they go over the edges a bit.

I did not consider her as Nirvana when I bought her. I did not have a single Cotton Candy so I saw her and though "oh. cotton candy, gotta have a mom for my baby" and onlything I did consider from her was "she's a bit odd colored."

Also I think there is lot of these in Finland. More than the pink cotton candies..

So tell me.. is it Nirvana or fake Nirvana?

Italy ponies are known for having their eyes misprinted or completely off the area they're supposed to be in. Also the "Italy" will look like it was carved into the hoof. Their bodies (Cotton Candy) are also known for fading to that colour, so yes. She appears to be a genuine Italy CC. :)

She COULD have faded from this since you said her eyes were misprinted and she has stamped eyes

Or could just be this

However, the eyes on the second one are airbrushed rather than stamped. :)

she looks like a typical italian pony :) the hoof mark, hair, eyes, everything is normal :)

she would have once been bright pink, but pink italian ponies are very prone to fading :( some once pink ponies turn up looking almost white!

Yup, it's normal! That means all Italy ponies probably had it individually handcarved into all their hooves since none seem to look like any other..Wow.

flitter ~ the italian ponies were "hand made" so to speak, there eyes and symbols were all hand stamped on which is why they are all so unique :)

I think another tell-tale give away of Italians is they all have blue eyes, even ponies that don't have them in the US. So even though there are variations and goof-ups the blue eyes are a constant.
