Ok so I was showing my boyfriend my collection the other day and wanted
to know which pony he liked best.... We had just bought small display cases which housed only 6 ponies so we were selecting the ones to go in the cases.
I had asked him once before and every time his eye goes right to african moondancer.. I showed him the other africans I had and he shook his head sternly while pointing to moondancer and said "NO that one!" Out of them all that was the one pony he insisted go in the case. Aside from that he didn't really have much of an opinion.
so I concluded that hes got a bit of a thing for african moondancers


Which pony does your significant other like best? If the case where you don't have a significant other yet, you can default to family member

That's really cute!  I thought for sure that my hubby was going to say "the ones for sale" when I asked him, but apparently he likes my Black w/blue art pony.  Huh, I didn't think he had ever really looked at them =P

i always have people pick their fave pony when i show my collection. when i used to still have non-argies one of my friends chose sugarberry, another TE bright eyes, another was g3 petite petunia
so far no one has chosen an argie lol!!


EDIT omg i just realized... teh ONE guy i have sorta seriously dated since ive been collecting chose nightlight!!!
he had great taste in ponies!.. and women lol!

my boyfriend likes the happy tails pony squeezer most because it "really DOES something." he thinks the other ponies are senseless because they cant do anything

from my Hasbro ponies I don't think he has a favorite - yet - but it's overwhelming to see hundreds on display and know that hundres more are not on display. however, the ones he was most shocked by were petites. I had a veeeeery small envelope one day, a few years ago, and he asked what was in there. I said "a pony". He responded with something like "yeah right" so I opened it and showed him the petite. His reaction was too funny.

My husband calls them "donkeys" and whenever I ask him to choose a favorite, he says something in the line of "the one with its head in the toilet" or "the one with its hair on fire" He doesn't like them much but at least I'm thankful that he tolerates them enough to put up with me despite the fact that I collect something that he finds completely useless!
