A: *glances down at the stitches on her leg* yup... brand new blade, first cut with it, wham, right into my leg, 2 stitches and 5 hours in the ER Q: Messed up in sculpting so bad that it took you longer to undo it than to do the damage?

A: Do fingers count? Q: What material do you sculpt with? (oven bake clay, air dry clay, apoxe sculpt... etc)

So I've been looking around for green hair for my Green Lantern pony that I've been working on, So far I haven't been able to find hair that will match well. I'm looking for a deep emerald green colored hair. The plans are to have an emerald green and black striped mane and tail for him, I've got Stormy Night for the black, and now I'm trying to find green, anyone know of a good emerald green color? visitors can't see pics , please register or login

forgive me, but I don't know anything about the new my little ponies at all, so I'm not sure what that hair is, I don't even know who shining armor is. I've been refusing to watch the new mlp after seeing twinkle wish adventure

I've seen it sculpted too, never cared for it. That's why I'm so on the fence about it, I've seen the facial hair done several ways and every time I didn't like it, so I'm terrified to try something myself on it. I've got several more I've done actually, I just recently discovered this site, but I've been doing ponies for a few years and I've got them up on my DA @Bergamot: Thank you :3 I'm just so scared of ruining him because he turned out so great that I'm avoiding the facial hair aspect

I considered it for a short while, I've seen others that have done it, and honestly I didn't like how it looked. His facial hair is fairly long, so I think the nylon hair inserted at the correct angle and combed properly would look the best, I'm thinking about experimenting with a different bait pony to see how it looks

I finally finished him! I didn't do the facial hair on him since I don't feel comfortable enough with a plan to do it, so this will be young hellboy, maybe some day I'll put the facial hair on him when I can figure out how to get nylon hair in a nice beard :3 visitors can't see pics , please register or login

well I think my derp moment was more of an ouchie moment.... the very first pony I started working on after a 2 year break from customizing ended up putting me in the ER I was working on cutting the ears off of a pony with an exacto knife, and you know, me being all smart and all I was cutting over my lap while watching TV, well the next thing you know, the knife slips and goes right into my leg. So now I'm all "Gahh! blood!" and I got to make a trip to the emergency room to get a couple stitches who knew customizing ponies could be so dangerous

Hey all, I'm a pony customizer I suppose you could call me, I've been customizing ponies for a few years, and just recently got back into it again after a couple year break from it. I look forward to talking to others who love My Little Pony as much as I do :3
