G3 Mexico/Brazil Babyzillas more info please?

I just discovered these. What are they? Are these HTF? What is the going price if one turns up loose or MIB? A Google search didn't turn up much info and just a few pics of ponies.

From what I remember they were sold in Mexico, brazil and some Border areas of the USA. I got mine via a member who lived in california.I have a green and pink one but i think there is also a yellow one too.

I think I have one from a Cali Seller and one from Brazil.

I have a light pink one and a yellow one.
