Help with bodies for some of the Doctors

As every one might know is that I’m doing customs of Doctor Who characters. I’ve come across a problem with some of the Doctors and the Masters.

Not all of them are the same height (the actors), for example the Fourth Doctor is taller than the other Doctors and Doctors like the First, Second and the Seventh Doctor are shorter.

Will a 1/3 BJD male doll body be alright for the Fourth Doctor & where can I buy the body?

Should I use the Yule Ball or Triwizard dolls for Simms’ Master (seeing as he’s shorter than the others).

Will some of the Harry Potter dolls work for some of them?

And how can I do this Master (I’ve put him in a spoiler because I can’t describe him.
