DOSE ANYONE USE INKSCAPE?

I am not sure this is posted in the right spot but Okay i need some help i have never used any sort of pixal program thing and i am wanting to pixal a drawing  i did so i can use it to make ponies for others but i am so Drama Pony hooves when it comes to this stuff  T_T     please any help or suggestions be great.    here is the drawing im trying to work with http://redpandasakura.deviantart.com/#/d5s8myy

Well, Inkscape is a vector program and I'm really not sure you can make pixel drawings with it... I've just used it a little bit (trying to learn how to make vectors) and it's way more confusing to me than Photoshop, for instance.

lol yeah its very confusing to me too bhahaha but yes i did see sourdoughstompers tutorial.....i think i might look on you tube and see if there are any how to videos lol im such a ditz  thanks for all your help
