Why hello there!

Hi all!

I'm Michelle aka Pineapplecupcake I'm a twenty-something Seattle native who enjoys MLPs - all the generations!  I've been collecting MLPs since I was a little kid in the late 80s - I couldn't bear to get rid of them when I got older because they are so darn cute! I even learned to read by reading the My Little Pony comic books when I was a kid. I remember pouring over them for hours. I also inherited a bunch of my G1 collection from my grandma, who used to buy ponies at thrift stores for my cousins and I to play with. I didn't know there was such a following for them until the internet came along and I started to realize that there were other collectors.

At the moment, I am building a G4 collection, have a moderate G2 collection and have a couple big plastic bins with my regular G1 collection. I'm in the process of moving everything out of storage and finding somewhere to store/display it! I joined the forum to meet like-minded fans and learn a little bit about rehairing and the restoration process, since some of my G1s could use some shining up.

Oh that name sounds delicious  I bet you have quite a collection form your childhood and grandmother, we'd love to see in the brag arena sometime after you get them moved. You're sure to find some restoration tips here. Enjoy the forums!
