Well my event ended again.  I let CS know and asked if they'd just send me Quibble Pants and Concierge Pony because I had 60 of 75 vines collected and won't have time to start over, and if the event is over I won't get Concierge, and they sent me 200 Amulets toward winning one of the big prizes.  ??????  That's the solution to a problem I don't have.

No, I wasn't in the running for him.  I was about to break into Merch Table shop territory but hadn't yet, and the game awarded me 25 gems so I took it!


And then last night my event totally reset but all the ponies had been replaced by gems!  You better believe I am re-collecting, lol!  25 gems each for doing nothing but clicking?  YES PLEASE

Blah, 15 hours left and I'm only just starting on Quibble Pants. This isn't going to happen. I dont understand why hench pony took so long I started him back when there were like still 5 days left

How did you contact Apple? And could they help?

I contacted Apple through the itunes store and yes, they refunded my money that Gameloft stole from me. Which is a lot more than I was expecting them to do since it wasn't even their fault Super happy with my Apple support, and VERY upset on the gameloft non-support

  so cool that you got your money back , I have not spent a cent on this game  ever and never will , my time is already too much payment LOL

so now GameLoft isn't even trying to help me restore lost progress.

they keep asking me to contact them on the old phone, which I've repeatedly told them I NO LONGER HAVE. i tell them this.
they reply again with contact them on the second device, and give them a friend code and stuff.. and i'm all I DONT HAVE IT.

and Does the Game no longer connect to facebook'?
