I got the Countess.  My game has crashed 3 times since the update and my mine cart game goes so fast now that I feel like I am going to get motion sickness. I am not usually one that gets motion sickness from video/computer games.

Is there a time limit on the traveling ponies? Mrs Shy is im my hotel but is it worth the 200 gems to get the strawberry shop?

Are you on Android?  I don't have the option to update in the Play store yet but I saw on Facebook where some Android players have the update already.  The Play store's icons have all changed but there's no update button.  Weird!

I'm on Android. Usually my device is really slow to get the update but I got it this morning. I had the same thing happen to me when the Crystal Empire update came out, lots of Android users  got that update before mine and I felt like I was missing out on a lot of stuff.

I hope your game updates soon.

Huh!  Well I bet it changes over soon.  I'm running Marshmallow so it can't be an incompatibility issue. 

Congrats on the Countess!  I got her this morning and it feels like a huge weigh has been lifted!  Now if I can just keep grinding for the bits to uncover 15 more expansion zones...

game still crashing , no solution from gameloft yet 

when my game was crashing every time I visited Canterlot Gameloft weren't very interested until I offered to send my crash logs. You can find out how to do it online by searching. It's not convenient but might help to get their attention. Within a few days of sending them they sent a save file that fixed it for me.

It took a really long time to get enough microphones. Sometimes I wondered if I would ever get enough but it seemed to go a little faster after I got Mr. Breezy.

I'm not sure what to do about Mrs. Shy. I stopped counting at 430 gems I would need just to have all the ponies and shops to be able to get 3 ponies each working on her tasks or I can just buy Mrs. Shy for 630 gems.

HoustonCollector I'm sorry your game is crashing and Gameloft is not being helpful. I hope they respond to you soon.

I bought the strawberry shop with the free gems GL sent me as an "inconvenience gift" so it didn't occur to me that people might be having trouble progressing without it.    Is Mrs. Shy a limited time pony? 

Do you guys know if any of the Mane 6 have tasks for this update?  If not I'll have them keep working on getting music notes.

I don't think at least Fluttershy is needed, since no new activities come up on her actions page.  So far I've used Spitfire, Teacher's Pet, Fancypants, & Pipsqueak, and I see another so far inactive task for Flim (Flam?), Fancypants, Featherweight, Spitfire, and Teacher's Pet.

I checked the Main 6 and didn't see any new tasks. There's also new tasks for Big Mac, Sweetie Bell, Braeburn, the waiter pony in Canterlot and the Apple family pony that wears white cowboy boots and a hat. I don't know if Mrs. Shy is limted, there's no timer saying she is.  I noticed that as you give the ponies in the hotel what they ask for the gem cost of the pony goes down. I gave Mrs. Shy the bits and shards she asked for, hoping that will make her stay for a while. I've got the few ponies that can work on ducks and desserts working.   
 I have enough gems to buy the strawberry shop but I also need Sprinkle Stripe for the Rara quests.

I am LOVING the task names.  Plausible deniability, judge the waitstaff, etc.   

...They do know what gelatine is made of though, right?

It is a little strange that they picked gelatin.  Zephyr Breeze has come to my hotel and he is a time limit pony but Mrs Shy isn't . The strawberry shop showed up in my game for 100 gems so I bought it.    I have everything for Zephry Breeze already except the mine cart game ponies.

So ... I see what you guys mean about the strawberry shop. I'm sitting at 40 gems (which is usually the amount I have on hand at any given time!), and I'm not sure how I could possibly make 200 gems for some throwaway shop for Mrs. Shy, considering I have no clue how long she'll be kicking around! How frustrating.

I keep posting my ticket number on their FB and IG posts , sometimes they take notice on these posts of customer issues
