Okay now I really want to see this Barbie ad! The Canterlot theater doesn't show ads for gems anymore, at least not for me. Where do you see ads now?

Ads pop up at random in the game but there used to be ways to get gem by watching ads (either the theater or clicking on the buy gems and scrolling left). I thought the ad watch option in buy gems was still ther ebut I just checked and it's gone?

Also I hate the barbie ad too

Oh my god that Barbie ad! It is literally the only one I get now. I hate her and her jeep! lol

I had been slowly saving up gems for the cider mill and today was going to be the day that I had enough however, I ended up wasting 14 gems to speed up a shop.  I bought a Google Play card and added some money to get more gems.  I got a message saying I had earned enough purchase stamps to get 120 free gems. I didn't get them but I did get the ones I paid for.  I'm not sure if Gameloft could help me since I didn't take a picture of the message.

Also, my snowglobe tasks don't seem to be working in real time. I need 49 snowglobes  to unlock the Crystal Empire.

The ads for gems only show up when you can watch them.  You can only watch two ads a day and when I've watched both the option goes away.  It's in the buy gems area, you just bring up the package options and wait a minute.  The option will pop up to the left of the cheapest pack. 

Pinponygift worked for me too, yay!

Thanks! Strange. I don't ever see ads in my game. Popups to buy gems happen, but never ads for other games. I use the iPad version.

Omg you guys I don't know if it's just me or what but balloon pop has been super generous today!  I got Lyrica, Igneous Rock, Cloudy Quartz, and a crystal pony!  With the code Houston gave and my wins I was able to get Prim Hemline and the pin pony too. And Trouble Shoes from the daily login deal.  I don't think this day will be repeated any time soon, lol!

OMG creepy, the *exact* same thing happened to me yesterday, I had saved just about enough gems to buy Sprinkle Stripe and I fat fingered the screen and wasted 14 gems speeding up a shop >.<

You have better luck if you have the right pony. Normally the pony won from the previous contest will be the pony you need to play as to get the bonus in the next one. Also, memorize where the stopwatches pop up depending on the parasprite pattern and learn the time of when they pop up so you know where to aim. Having the five star bonus pony really nets you extra points.

Is anyone having trouble on the Crystal Empire quest where you get Twi to read/find books?  She's doing the quest but it only seems to count them as "finished" if I click her checkmark while in the Empire.  Given that I spend roughly 2% of my game time there and 95% in Ponyville, this is becoming a problem.  I should have had that quest finished on Friday.  :/


Bekuno, thanks!  I suck at that game so I never win the pony you need to play the next round.    I really wanted Rumble too, he's adorable.
