Wow! Those a pretty good. If the finished product is half as good as these I won't mind if this becomes G4's successor. Barring of course story and whether or not FiM completes on a high or satisfactory note.
Honestly I can count on my hand the number of reboots that I liked from the starting line vs. those that I had to get use to.

That would explain the number of videos on YouTube. I will admit I've never seen an episode for any show in its unfinished form before so that's a weird experience, but I think I'll wait till the finished version airs.

On the plus side we get a new intro and I can't wait to meet the new characters showcased in the background.

On the up side free publicity. On the downside somebody is going to spend the entire day being yelled at by their bosses, that's for sure.

Found this on eBay while searching for Moon Dreamers and thought it could make a cool stand in for a G1 Lava demon. But my research says it isn't a Moon Dreamers toy and I'm not sure where it's from.
Anyone else see something like this before?

If I remember correctly I think the singles didn't come with cards but they did have character descriptions on the back of the blistercard/packaging.

Guess I should have worded my words better.
I do have the ToysRUs set, I'm just wondering if I should get the Mane6 from the blindbags to complete that wave.  Because if I do I'll have at least 3 duplicates of Twilight, Rarity, Pinkie, and Applejack and 2 of Rainbowdash and Fluttershy and I;m not sure what I'd do with the extras.

I actually read a fanfic awhile ago that played with the idea of Lily Blossom being :muffin: Pony's younger sister. actually now that I think about it, it also made use of Blossomforth(mute/sign-language inventor) and Rainbow Flash(Dash's new step-sister/Twilight's former bullie).

Some pretty good ideas.

Currently the only one I've had for awhile is that Minty is her town's version of Pinkie as well as her self proclaimed rival and she visits ponyville at random intervals every few years/months to challenge or prank her.
Pinkie's Pinky Sense doesn't really work on her and her only sign of Minty's immenent arrival is a pair of socks mysteriously appearing in the oven.

Okay over the past 2 weeks I've managed to score pretty much all of the first wave of the blind bags except for the mane 6. But that's mainly because I have 4 of which I managed to collect back during the BigLots singles run and the full set that came with the ToysRUs exclusive set.
So I've been wondering should I bother to get the ones from the blind bags and maybe try my hand at customs or should I leave them be since I have the others from the prior sets?
