She was purchased by a known scammer, Brooke Kutik.  I'm a little worried about her being relisted without her flaw being disclosed. 

Good spotting, I didn't realize this! I just noticed they left positive feedback. 
That is indeed worrying. Seeing her history of scamming and trouble, who knows what she is up to. Paypal chargeback? Or, yes, relisting without mentioning the condition, knowingly.
Well, the saga continues I guess. I hope the original seller will not get in trouble, and I feel sorry for the poor little pony..

Me too! I wanted her but couldn't justify the price. Now I wish I got her..

Me as well!  I wanted her so bad!! I should have bought her, I just wasnt sure of the price! If she had gone to a nice collector it would be one thing but a scammer!  This is sad, she would have been loved in my herd.

Basically a very very old scammer. People have bought from her and sold to her with all kinds of problems. Items received not as described, CC chargebacks after she has a seller's pony... you name it, it seems.
