Taobao Prototype/Variant List and Information

Hi Guys,


Since there seemed to be a lack of information about unreleased G4 variant ponies, I have compiled a blog full of every variant I have been collecting information about. I have completed the "Playful Pony" section so far, and will do Fashion Style ponies and blind bags soon, too.


Since the question of the ponys' legitimacy comes up now and again, I have compiled as much information and details I can see on each of the ponies, so people will be able to decide whether they want to risk their money on them.


I found out many interesting things while making this blog, especially about pony hair colour. I was surprised to find out that so many ponies had tail colours that actually matched those of officially release ponies.

Oh yeah, and if you have interesting pics of unreleased G4's you want to share, I would be happy to put them with info on this blog.

Check out the new section, "The Queue". New ponies will go there that we have seen, but don't know if they are being released.

This is one one the things I would miss if Hasbro cracks down on stuff leaving the factory: We won't get to see all the weird screw ups and test ponies. That adult head on a filly body? That's insane. The fact that it seems to fit seamlessly is not something I'd expect.
