What kind of glue to be used to seal the neck again

Ok, I've had a very difficult pony.... her neck seal didn't come of so I had to cut the seal off. The normal 'plug' isn't there, but completely integrated in the body. So I have a head and a body which I would like to put together but there is no plug so it won't stay without glue.

What kind of glue can I use? Is this normal glue or does it need to be a special one?

Well, I´m from Argentina, so I don´t know the brands of other countries, but I think that a regular strong glue is ok, the one you would use to glue wood, fabric, cardboard or plastic (the name of the one I use here is Unipox)

And I think the hot glue is a good similar option too

i accidentally did that! i wound up using hot glue, the seal has held, but its easy enough to remove if i ever need to

You can also use superglue, if you want a more permanent seal.
