Look what I just found at Target this morning.  She was $27- the cost of buying one from Taobao or ebay!

Edited for clarity-  She is Fashion Style Size!  (Same size also as that one that comes in a purse with two colored pink hair and a black outfit)

So she IS being released after all! Great news! I just got one from ebay...for $27 XD I don't need the car though it would have been a huge waste of space, so I don't mind too much.

I didn't see "Target Exclusive" on her- unless Pinkie's Boutique is a Target Exclusive?  So probably you will see them soon.

EDIT-  she is a Target exclusive.  But you might still see her at a Canadian Target or Winners

I think the Pinkie Pie Boutique is Target's exclusive.. but Target is in Canada and someone spotted her packaging in French so Canada will see her hopefully

I hope it comes out in Canada, we only ever see a portion of the releases that the US does :(

Now that I think about it, who would trust Pinkie with a car?  :P

Pinkie Pie's Boutique is a Target exclusive if I'm correct.
ETA: If you look in the right-hand corner you can see the "Only at Target" sticker.

I love Pinkie with black hair and clothes-  but seriously they have gone WAAAAAAAAAAAAY overboard with Pinkie now- how hard would it have been to add some fun hair color to Rarity ? Or a white FS Celestia?
