Look what I just found at Target this morning. She was $27- the cost of buying one from Taobao or ebay!
Edited for clarity- She is Fashion Style Size! (Same size also as that one that comes in a purse with two colored pink hair and a black outfit)

So she IS being released after all! Great news! I just got one from ebay...for $27 XD I don't need the car though it would have been a huge waste of space, so I don't mind too much.

I agree...that many Pinkies are fine for colour tests, but to release them all...that's a lot of Pinkies!! They have a bunch of other ponies to choose from!

^This. White FS Celestia is my dream! They already have the mold for her...all they have to do is add the white plastic instead of the pink and boom-easy $ for them! I wouldnt care if she came with the same accessories as the wedding Celestia or not!

Its because Pinkie is more popular than Rarity :( it would make sense for it to be "Rarity's Boutique", seeing how she actually runs a boutique and Pinkie co-owns/ runs a bakery

Seriously- Rarity's Boutique would have made way more sense. Pinkie already has more than her share of extra releases... I guess they figure she sells well? Or more likely its the whole "marketing says pink sells well so lets go waaaaaay overboard with barfloads of pink" I have no problem with pink, but enough is enough !
I bet even Nightmare Moon's boutique would FLY off the shelves !

There is one. Look carefully at the bottom of the photo, directly under the Pinkie Pie's Boutique logo. It's mostly cut off, but you can see the Only at Target sticker at the bottom there.

I'm pretty sure regular sized because the car looks to be the same size as the wedding car Twilight came with from the wedding set.

I am hoping more gets released than this. I mean so far we have a Fashion Style with light and dark pink stripes, the glitter playful size and the car with the normal playful size with the black stripe. Glad we are getting these but what about the glittery Wisteria playful size or the glittery Fashion Style ponies?

No, she is definitely FS. I have seen her in person and she is FS only the sparkly one is regular sized.

My Target's are horrible when it comes to MLPs >_< they treat em like its the clearance section. Me relying on Target to have those Equestria Girls dolls is like taking giant leap across a deep abyss... (what i'm I saying?) :blink:

I do agree that this seems like an overload of Pinkies. I'm sure glad that I went ahead and purchased a Wysteria off eBay. I dont know maybe Wysteria will show up as a Walmart exclusive.

Not a fan of Pinkie and I don't own any of the other fashion styles but I would have been tempted by this...if she weren't another Target exclusive =/ So are all three black tie Pinkies Tagret exclusive? At least they're ones I'm not too fussed about owning. I sincerely hope that Wysteria, if released, get a wider distribution...

Ohh, she's lovely! I think I'm going to get this one. I'm usually not one for playsets, but I'm diggin' that car. Hopefully my Target stocks these so I won't have to buy them online. :/ Their pony stock is terrible, and has been picked over for months.

Like others, I like this PP best, but I want the clothes off the other one...... I'm ok with buying both versions because chances are most the PP's that come with the clothes are going to have black stains all over her body. :cry: I went through that enough with the G3s. I know better than to expect Hasbro to do anything to prevent it.
Does anybody think there will be a problem with Pinkie's black hair bleeding onto her body? I could see that happening. :huh:

OMG! IT IS THE SAME! I can't believe they are painting and re-releasing the same car from 3.5! Although I guess Pinkie herself is a re-paint, so maybe not so surprising after all. Why bother to redesign something when you can just slap some new colors on something you already have ?

I dunno if it's from the recent streak of expensive collectible stuff, but $27 sounds like a good deal for this, plus a new FS car that looks pretty uhh...pretty? I can't wait to pick these up at retail, I'll buy one right away and perhaps another if they're clearanced later.
I love the glasses too, she should've been packed with a helmet too, knowing Pinkie.

Yeah- the "Pinkie Pie's Boutique" appears to be a Target exclusive- so the Purse pinkies (FS & brushable) glitter pinkie (and Wysteria) and the car pinkie (so far).

I also like how, even though this is the FIRST release we've seen of this giant mold and therefore it has never been made for another pony.... the eyes still don't match the eye holes. :headdesk: Really, Hasbro?
I guess on the bright side that maybe means they plan other ponies to be released in that mold, at least. :P

I'm super excited to see giant ponies back! I was so disappointed when they released the Fashion Styling Ponies only to find they were nowhere near as big as G3 Styling ponies.

I just looked at the side of the box for the Pinkie+car- and it shows the "Pinkie Pie's Boutique" as including as "also available" The Pinkie FS Purse combo, and the two glittery ponies (Pinkie and Wysteria) - that suggests that they probably won't? (Although I would love if they did)

Yup, it's official. This will be my FS pony. My only FS pony, unless I end up getting an FS-sized Zena in a custom swap or something.

Now that I think about it, who would trust Pinkie with a car? :P
This, really the poor thing can not even walk straight sometimes. LOL
I do hope this means those sparkle bodies are somewhere in the planning to actually sell in a store stage.

I was back in the pony section this morning- nothing new. But a 4-year old kid (with her mom) pointed at the Pinkie in a car- and said:
"Mommie Look! That's silly- Pinkie's in a car- but Pinkie can't drive !!"
True statement kid.

Those of you that have seen Pinkie's car in person..... Does it look like it has been altered or modified in anyway (other than the color) to make it different from the G3.5 car?
I was playing with my G3.5 car and my FS ponies. I couldn't get anybody to fit into the car right. :what:
First I tried Pinkie. The Pinkie I currently have is the "crazy hats" Pinkie. She does not fit at all!

I had to put her in at an angle so she's not completely facing forward.

Is the Pinkie that comes with the car in a different pose? I thought all the FS Pinkies were in the (what I call) "walking" pose. But judging by the pic in the first post this Pinkie may be in the "standing" pose (like Applejack and Rarity).
The "standing" pose ponies seem to do better, but they still don't quite fit right.

I have been having dreams about this. I want it so bad. I am trying to sell a few things on eBay so I can afford it. I have had 3 non-paying bidders who owe me $174 all together though. I have had to open one case so far. I guess I will have to wait. It is killing me! :lol: Those pictures are awesome!

Argh! Where on earth are you lucky people finding these? I have been to both local Targets and not only don't they have them, the only things they've got are old stuff, mostly on clearance. The Pony space is nearly empty and the Lalaloopsy stuff is colonizing their area :( Is this only coming to one section of the country or are bigger Targets better? (I am in Southern California, but a good deal inland.)
Oh, well, I may need to ask Sir Lint-A-Lot and Madame Le Flour over for another party to cheer me up . . .

I'm in eastern WA... in the desert. Small town- everyone knows you here. I go to Target and I get a bunch of other shoppers saying hi to me by name. I'm going to guess we have a tiny target. ;)

Yes that is the street date; that is when they should all be on shelves. But clearly a lot are going out on general re stock or re sets, hence why some people are getting them and some people are not.
