How do I fix warped pony legs
« on: July 23, 2022, 12:52:16 PM »
I was reorganizing my g1 pony display by color I got to my princess  primrose who has her back legs warped in a way where she can't stand and can't really  lean on another  pony for support I just put her down on her side but now it looks really  weird I read somewhere that you can fix this by pouring  warm water in the ponies body and letting it sit for a while but I don't  want  to do that because I'm scared  of getting  her moldy is there another way to fix this

You should put her into hot water and wait till her body becomes soft, then try and move her legs into a proper position, try and put something in-between the legs so they stay in place. After you're happy with the position of the legs move the pony to the freezer (you can let her cool off normally-outside freezer, but from what I know the freezer just helps a bit more).
After she's cool just let her dry off for a bit and she'll be fine.

You can read more about it here

I second this method, it has worked for me. I don't think I needed the freezer but the simmering water did wonders for a couple warped G1s and a G3 I had.  Good luck!
