Still no sign of Toralei, Abbey, and Operetta, who are my three most wanted right now.

No signs of Toralei, Operetta or Nefera in any of my stores yet. (in north eastern ohio)
I still have yet to find a basic Draculaura and I've been searching since I first started getting the dolls in the summer - does anyone know if stores will stop getting the wave 1s? I really don't want to pay more than retail price, shes on amazon for $30, but I also don't want to lose a chance of getting her if shes not going to be around any more.

Any tips on how to get the Dead Tired girls' shoes onto their feet, they just will not go on for me... I initially thought maybe they're not meant to go on, but then I saw the official photos with them wearing them? Help?

I'm having the same problem, but just with ONE shoe for Draculaura.  Ghoulia's shoes went on fine, with a little twisting around, but Draculaura's right slipper is just NOT going on.  I stopped trying because I was scared I'd smoosh her toe off or something.

Try soaking the shoes in hot water. This should soften up the plastic and help make them a bit easier to get on.

i had trouble with Ghoulia's feet...but got the toe in first, and the rest of the foot followed with some coaching.  they are definitely specific to left/right

Found Skull Shores Gill and Lagoona today. They were 11.99 each. Pretty awesome considering TRU was charging 17 bucks for them.

I wasn't going to get Lagoona because I don't want too many duplicates but I saw her makeup and fell in love.

I have to say I had the same feeling. I swore I wouldn't buy duplicates, but then I see them and fall in love with their faces . And I also swore I won't buy that many but almost all the new dolls are amazing. the good thing is I don't love them all.  I have my faves and that's what I'm sticking to, I hope.

Isn't her makeup delicious? I'm particularly fond of her little octopus earring and the tentacle/bubble heels.

I promised myself that I was not going to start collection these dolls, but I broke down and got the dragon\vampire CAM starter set so that I could have the parts to complete the Skeleton girl add-on. Now I really really want Cupid and DotD Draculaura. That three pack was all over the place when I was not interested, but now that I want it, it is no where to be found.
