Ugh. I really don't like the 2nd edition Abbey. I already have a 1st edition one, but I was hoping to get another one to redress. If not I'll just wait for them to release another Abbey. Hopefully with better makeup than skull shores. :/

I think the person who said they didn't make the stands just meant they don't make extra stands like they make extra arms.

when I asked why they sold spare limbs and hands, but not stands, I was told that it was because they didn't actually make the stands (implying they make the dolls, but they get someone else to make the stands for them).

Mattel doesn't actually even make the dolls themselves so that doesn't make sense. They send the designs to different factories in China and Indonesia and they make the toys. Of course it could be they have a different source for the stands that specializes in just the stands. Of course even if that was the case it is likely they don't deal with the general public so nothing you can do there either.

Yes Lagoona Skull shores has arrived here! I bought one I have not seen Gil or Abby.
I also scored the frankie and lala from killer style set at woolies today!!
Only 10 dollars each :3 (only at Epping Plaza )

Do want, but Epping... too far from me... *wail*

Where abouts are you from? I might be able to check to see if they have any killer style ones left?

ty, DT  are my first Deboxed dolls..  i  have all the DT girls except clawdeen.

 I still need to find her.. and frankies bed..  Anyone see frankies bed still around?  do you think they are discontinuing DT line or do you all think DT will be around for a while.
   I am hoping they will release DT abbey too she was so pretty in the webisodes.

 I think they are one of the cutest sets so far.  I gave lagoona a froggy, but still have to take pics of her.
cleo has a hippo , ghoulia a duck and lala a bunny and  i gave  frankie the puppy for now although she might get a different  animal  if i ever get clawdeen

the whole conversation seemed silly to me.   she asked for a description of the doll, and the number on her back - took a second, and then fed me that answer.  she told me to go to a doll/hobby store and look for a stand that way.

it's possible I got a rep that was full of pony poo, but that's what she told me.

Both of my Walmarts were stocked with both CAM sets ($30) and the CAM Add Ons ($12.94).....they also have had the Fashion packs for 2 weeks now.....so I think, real soon, the new dolls will come!

I just need to catch up on Cupid, Nefera, and Opperetta.

Then i'm still missing the CAM sets but those i'm not in such a rush to get they'll be around till next christmas is what i'm suspecting.

Mattel needs to hire you, PicklePud...I just ordered SS Ghoulia from Kmart! Resisted her TWICE in the store, but oh no, as soon as you post a picture I have to have her!


I also took Toralei out of the box! She is much less orange away from that red-and-black background and in my bookshelf. I have a lot of trouble getting her to stand, though. Not sure if it's me, the stand, or Toralei!


But she's out, staying, and made a new friend!

I'm right near Sydenham... so Epping is a bit of a travel. If you can see if they have Frankie left that'd be great, I'm not too flash on Draculaura with the simplified leggings

Like Walmart, Toys R' Us recently added Jackson, Venus, Rochelle, and Robecca to their product inventory. They're not in stock and there's no images, but I'm wondering if Mattel is planning on releasing them sooner than we anticipated? I'm still hoping they're summer releases, lol. I'm almost caught up and I feel like I need a break!

I really can't wait to see what the new dolls are going to look like!  Yeah, there are still so many dolls I need to get so hopefully theres a little break before we get them hehe.
