Ichibancon was last weekend in North Carolina!

Right before I left, literally after I came home from work to grab the remaining stuff to put in the car, a package arrived... with PONIES. Just in the nick of time, because I needed them for my panel!
Posey and Steamer were for my own collection. And Firefly and Baby Firefly to give away... (see below)

I held a pony panel on Friday night which went over pony history and some fun pony games were played. Pin the Tail on the Pony was sooo much fun. (The pony was Pony) The winner got the pony which is printed on a huge printer and then glued on carefully to some foamcore. They also won a muffin!   The biggest loser won a G 3.5 fakie from Dollar Tree.  We did pony singalongs. Then I held a raffle for all kinds of prizes, like calendars, coloring sets, and ponies! Overall, it was a lot of fun and I can't wait to do it again.

I'm the Fluttershy to the right next to the tall human version of Spike with the green wig. (Yellow dress!) I really want to remake my fluttershy at some point since it's just broadcloth and my boning went everywhere despite wearing a corset underneath. But it was fun to wear!

Sunday was the Otaku Flea Market. It's basically where you sell all your old anime/manga etc merchandise that you no longer need or want. As I go around looking... what do I spy with my little eye?

MY PRETTY PONY!!!!!

I run over to the table immediately! Not only does she have that, but a box of G2s!  I happily hand over the dough and walk out with an armfull of pony! >w<

Pretty pony dons a tophat, which I think is more awesome than a cowboy hat. ;D  And all the ponies lined up, awaiting to be cleaned. I've been under the weather (con plauge) so I haven't had a chance to give them a full clean-up yet. There's a few duplicates, but I'll use them in future pony panels for giveaways!

I also bought two Tokidoki Unicorns! So cute! I want more of these!
Then from the artist alley, I bought this cute little Pegasus necklace, and a Fluttershy badge! The artist is Ryan from http://tastypeachstudios.com

And then yesterday, I received So Soft Wind Whistler in the mail! Here she and Posey are being smoozed by Steamer.
