Shimmerlocks Hair Question

Hello Everyone!

We're about to start a new order for Shimmer Locks and wanted to see if anyone had opinions on what direction we should take.

We have a lot of colors that are *reallly* close that we could try to get better matches for, but this would leave us with lots of similar shades. 

Or, if you all feel the colors are close enough, we can go for brand new shades and curls of different sizes.

Finally, we could try a mix if there are a few colors that you feel really need a closer upgrade and other we should leave, that's okay too.  We're open to any suggestions! ^_^ 

The only color we aren't willing to chase anymore is a Merry Treat/Baby Stockings red equivalent.  We've tried 3 times and ended up with near identical shades, (one which we can't use) so for now, Red Hot will have to do, but anything else is on the table.

I'd like to see a bit of both! I noticed Paradise wasn't an exact match to SS Paradise when I ordered some last year. It was very close, though.

But I'd also like to see some new shades, perhaps matches for G3 ponies if that's at all possible? I know many of them have the same hair colors as G1s, but there are some G3 ponies in my collection whose hair don't match with any G1 ponies, at least that I own. Autumn Crisp is one I'm struggling to find the right shade for. Her hair is very similar to G1 Applejack, but is slightly more orange.

Yay, more options! I do think new shades would be great, but I am not doing much specific color matching.

The only color I’m really jonesing for right now is a true matte white! I think the last suggestion I got was to just use GITD white, but I sure do miss just a plain not-translucent white, yknow? But you have some lovely whites already, so I understand it would be hard to add another!

I’m really excited to hear about new colors! Me personally, I don’t usually go for the curls because I haven’t figured out how to put them in yet properly. But I’d love to see new colors in general!

for me I would like "Vixen" in tight curls but If that's not possible then How do I go about curling it like that.

I would love to see a green that goes with the Brazilian version of Gusty.   I can't find anything quite like it.

If you don't already have a match for the original Daiquiri Ice, getting one would be fantastic!

This isn't about nylon so not entirely relevant as I'm sure you don't order from the two companies at the same time, but if you guys could manage to get the shade of opaque teal saran that Monster High Nefera has (never been sold by a hair dealer in the US but used for many Mattel dolls and dolls from Japan, sometimes available from hair dealers in China) I would die! I suspect it is not available for wholesale but I figured I would ask lol


That and the saran that matches Frankie's blue streak in Monster high G3 (it's darker than Maelstrom) lol

Oh, I did forget one! I’d love a super dark reddish purple - I think the dark purples Shimmerlocks has now are more blue toned, but I haven’t checked since my last order. I love purple!
