Wow, I've never seen anything like her before! What a neat find. She looks like she's supposed to be Beachball! Hope someone can tell you where she's from, as I certainly can't.

I think she is fakie...

The only things she is similar to are Bullys, Comics or the Portuguese key chains - it was the later I was swaying towards. But all of the Portuguese key chains are pony accurate to character and they are also branded Hasbro.

I take it she has no markings on her tummy?

unfortunately she's unmarked. No-one at the TP had any idea, so I thought I'd try here. They also said bully or comics, but from what I can find on them, she's neither.

No shes definitely not Comics or Bully.

But I do think I have cracked it...I think she might be a Remco pendant charm. I dont have any images unfortunately but after a couple of conversations and some research and I am almost [note the "almost"] certain thats what she may be. I havent even seen one in person just had them described ages ago. Thats best I can offer...hopefully someone else can confirm or deny.
